Utility to know which VM's aren't being used over time?

Hey Everyone,

Does anyone know of a tool or script out there that can scan over a bunch of VM's that arent being used? We've deployed a bunch of VM's 2 years ago to our developers and want to know which ones arent being used so that we can shut them down to save on resources. The issue we have is once we give a VM out we never get them back. So i was hopeing that i can run a tool and prove to them that these VM's can be decommed or shutdown till required. Any info would be great thanks.

You can script a loop for uptime.exe for your M$ VM's

Also, check the Forum, there may be something written aleady.
