ESX3.5/Server: ThinClients -> XP Remote + Mic In (SIP / Skype)

Hello Guys,

im running some test and found out that when i connect from my thinclient over RDC to my XP SP2 maschine that windwos have only an sound out but no recording funktion.

Is there a way how i can enable in VMWare Server or Vmware ESX an sound mic in?

In the end it would be for the user of Skype or other SIP Software on the remote vm.

after reading and reading to find a work arount, NO there is non to make that work, sh*** but well we have sip phones now nice as well
