Privilege Label added in resourceList not reflecting on vsphere UI

Hi,

When we are adding privileges as part of ResourceList at the time of plugin registration, it doesn't get reflected correctly when we are trying to create a new role from vsphere UI. 

We have added the locale as "en" and module as "auth" for adding privilege label with the privilege id. Also verified from the LocalizationManager and can see the privilege listed with the added label.

Please let us know the solution to this problem or if we are missing something here?
