Hello Experts,
I am finding it difficult to find a solution to converting physical machines to virtual machines. I know VMware used to have "vCenter Convertor Standalone" before but now they removed the software from the download list.
Can anyone suggest the best solution to convert the physical machine to virtual machines?
Thanks in advance.
Best Regards,
Vikram
I think Star Wind will do what you want. https://www.starwindsoftware.com/starwind-v2v-converter
Hello.
I recommend Veeam, and you will also have a backup option for your VMs up to 10 (free version).
You just have to validate if your physical server operating system is supported by Veeam.
You need a Server or PC with free disk space to save the backups.

Thank you. Im looking for a Migration Design document sample, Would you be kind to share the one?
Thank you
Hello.
Physical to Virtual Migration with Veeam

You can also get the Full backp (Entire Computer) of the physical server directly from the Veeam Backup server.
