Access Denied

Hi everyone,

I have logged in with the administrator account; however, the attached screen is appearing in the update section. I cannot understand the reason. Can you help me?

Try to create a second account. and grant him global permission and check it once again. 

There are separate roles and permissions for vCenter and Appliance configurations (such as SSO). Make sure you're properly setting the permissions for that user

Is Administrator@vpshere.local showing up in 'Usage' under roles? Or in Global Permissions as Administrator?

Yes, it appears in both sections.
