Can you confirm that you are using the vSphere Web Client?

Where are you looking for vSAN?

Hello André,

thanks for your answer. I have found my problem.

It is not possible to add the vSAN Licence direct to the ESXi Host when joining the vCenter. You must add the Licence on the active vSAN Cluster and join the Host there.
