VMware vCenter Server 8 Standard Term License per Instance

Hi all, what is the different for the vCenter server 8 standard Term License per Instance and vCenter Server 8 Standard license?

Recently we purchase VMware vSphere 8 standard per core license, we saw the email come with VMware vCenter server 8 standard Term License per Instance also.

With the new subscription based core licensing, vCenter Server is included with every edition.
Note that vSphere Essentials plus contains vCenter Server Essentials, the other editions contain vCenter Server Standard.
