vmware pro 16.0.25 installs with error

 
I installed vmware pro 16.0.25 on lubuntu version 22. but it shows an error message. 
I click on install and it gives another error. can someone help me to run vmware pro?

I hadn't remembered that I didn't install the build-essential package. now it runs without any problems. 
but i have another problem. when I run a virtual machine it shows this error now
