running vm not show in vm tray

I set a vm Auto Start on Windows Host following this doc(https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-Workstation-Pro/17/com.vmware.ws.using.doc/GUID-44497201-A4AC-4867...

And it works. The vm started(see the screenshot) when windows start up, but the VMware tray shows "no running virtual machines" and the vmware workstation page show the vm is not running.

Is this a bug?

Following this one.

I have the exact same issue with my servers

15+ machines on autostart.

Everything starts up perfectly, nothing shows in tray.

If I open VMware, I can't connect to any of my clients.

But I can RDP or use teamviewer to all of them.
