installing vmware WS in windows vista home premium 64 bit

am using the laptop dell inspiron 14 , core 2 duo processor 2 ghz , and my OS is vista home premium 64 bit.

is it possible to install vmware in my machine..?

some where i read vmware cannot be installed in the 64 bit os

Welcome to the forums!

You can install VMware Workstation on a 64 bit host. But you need Intel-VT enabled in the host BIOS to run 64 bit guests.
