Try to run repair first:

Go to "Control panel"->"Uninstall programs"->Double click "VMware Workstation"

On the "VMware Workstation Pro Setup" UI, select "Next", select "Repair"

After that, please check the device is installed:

On Device Manager->"Computer name"->System devices"->"VMware VMCI Host Device"

You can ignore this.

If the message anoys you - you can disable the VMCI-device by setting

vmci0.present = "TRUE"

to

vmci0.present = "false"

on the vmx-file.

The log shows the driver installed successfully, but you need reboot to active it (you may have one old driver started).

Let me know what happen after reboot the OS.

The vmx-file is that file that you can doubleclick to launch a VM.

It is not stored in the VMware installation directory but inside each VM-directory.

Can you paste all properties tab content in "Device Manager" to here?

Create new document by Word, go to device manager, right click this unknown device, select properties, for every tab of the "General", "Driver", "Details", "Events", "Resources", click "Alt+PrtScn" on keyboard, paste on Word document. Send us the document.
