cloudready won't start

Hi

I am in test for vmware and cloudready

I run VMware on opensuse linux 15.1 leap

I have created my VM as it is said in tuto ( EFI , Linux 4x 64 bits and so on

start vm with the USB cloudready , the VM boot on USB and .. black screen nothing append

could you help me

and i said i have test two type of USB key ..

the message log is no operating found
