can't connect to other host's NICs from my guest OS

im running vmware workstation 8.0 and im running RHEL 6 guest on windows 10 host

ive loopback NIC besides the physical ethernet on my laptop

all of the physical NIC,  the loopback device and the vmware guest IPs are in the same subnet

the problem is i cant ping from the guest to the the loopback device

any one can help please

You can ping to IP address of physical NIC of your host ? Windows 10 firewall is disabled or allowing ICMP traffic ?
