Windows XP Profossional with service pack 3 x86 blue screen during fast install on VMWare Workstation version 6.5.0 build 118166

During the last part of the install when Windows tries to start before it finishes the install it blue-screens with the attached screen.

"An interrupt storm has caused the system to hang. ..."

This is on Windows Server 2008 x64 with VMware(R) Workstation version 6.5.0 build-118166.

I'm having several guest blue screen issues with 6.5 that I never had with 6.0.x running on a Vista Ultimate SP1 host. These are also happening in VM Player systems that run the guests. I know many of them say something about a thread issue. I'm somewhat disappointed in 6.5 so far. Doesn't seem to be very stable.

I'm also quite disappointed that a fix for did not make it as well. It's really a pain to manually adjust the registry all the time for both VMWare Workstation and VMWare Player.
