Vmware with Unix SCO telnet and ftp problems

HI, i have  an SCO Unix (virtual) in a Windows XP.

If I try to connect  from others computers on the net with telnet or ftp I don't have any problem. But when i try to connect from my Windows XP I CAN'T. 

The windows seems to connect with the SCO but  the dialog "user and pass" never appears. I know that because when i try to connect with TINYTERM, the screen says "Conected with xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx", but below not appear the dialog "user and pass".

  • The SCO firewall it's OK
  • I have a bridged connection
  • From others computer on the net I don't have problems to connect.
Any help please?

works here - so that looks like a configuration problem

can you show a screenshot of virtual network editor ? - did you already disable automatic bridging ?
can you ping from host to SCO and back ?
any firewalls on the XP that may interfer ?
