Just curious, are VMware planning on releasing a new version any time soon to coincide with Windows 7. I have read that 6.53 does work with Windows 7 !

Yes 5.5.3 is working fine and also 6.5.2 and 6.5.1 is working too. What kind of problem your are facing ???

Yes it is so, I've tested Version 7 and 6.53 will work with it.

I have some minor problems with windows 7 and 6.5.1. to sort out.

If I leave the w7 vm for a while untouched it hangs. I guess this has to do with w7 going into sleep / suspend mode.

This is apparently not supported yet. Furthermore the svga II video is outdated for windows 7.

Waiting for vm workstation 7 to solve these problems

after all brother y get bothered , it is not life saving drug,or a finding like Eninsteins Theory of relativity or particle physics ,let them release whenever they want..i have been asking this question long time
