VMware WorkStation unable to respond

When I open my VMware workstation pro 16.0 and QQ at the same time

The virtual machine often fails to respond

And I have to use the windows virtual machine to load my QQ app

• What is  "QQ", where are you running it, and why does it need the VM to be active to run?
