VMWare Workstation 10 doesnt connect to the Internet!

Yesterday, everything worked fine. Today, if i wanna go in the Internet on my VM (Windows XP SP3), it cant find a internet connection. Im connected per LAN on my Computer. How can i fix that?

Welceome to the COmmunity - and you are able to connect tot he Internet from your computer? How is you network configured for your VM? Are you using NAT or bridged network connection? Are you able to access resources on your LAN from your VM?

This is a big issue with the vmware workstation. I opened a thread for this here https://communities.vmware.com/thread/463876 but can't find an answer to this problem
