Unable to purchase upgrade from Workstation 15 Pro to 17 Pro

I tried to purchase an upgrade to Workstation 17 Pro but the online store keeps telling me that I don't have an upgradable license even though I have a valid Workstation 15 Pro license. Is there anyone from VMware can help me resolve this? According to this KB, https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/90112?lang=en_US, I am eligible for the paid upgrade.

Your best bet is to email the sales department - this is a user-based forum.  Employees visit from time to time, but nothing regular/formal.
