After upgrading to 15.5.5, I noticed that my shared were not automounting after a reboot or a pause/restart of my VM's. In particular, I'm now developing on CentOS7.2.
I have version 15.5.7 build-17171714 of VMWare, version 11.0.5.17716 (build-15389592) of the vmware tools installed. I can run:
vmhgfs-fuse .host:/ /mnt/hgfs -o allow_other
as root and that partially works (there are some Windows directories that I get a "Permission Denied" message for - those did work before) although only for root and I need to execute that command every time I run the VM.
Any advice how to resolve the automounting issue as well as the "some directories are denied" issue?
My host is Win 10 Professional Version 1909 Build: 18363.1198.
