Hi,
I'm a Linux Noob and I have a question. I have a CENTOS 5.4 guest installed and I was wondering if it's possible to somehow mount my physical USB? I have a USB flash drive formatted as FAT32 and I would like to be able to view the files.
Just add the controller with the Virtual Hardware Editor - nothing tricky

Yes, that should be possible.
You need to add a USB controller to the guest.
You need to know as which device the guest Linux identifies the USB drive. Then you can mount it with
mount -t fat32 /dev/

I guess you have a Windows host ?
You must unmount the stick in Windows before you can use it with a VM.
Unmount = remove driveletter

Yes I have a Vista host. OK I did not unmount it from the host. I will try that when I get home.
Do I still have to add a USB controller? No idea on how to do this
