Migrating my current VM's to a new drive

I'm on the latest version of VM Workstation Pro 15.x and when I set them all up a while ago, all of the VM's are on my drive 'Z:'.  Little did I know that every once in a while my drive Z: gets 'surprised removed' , and I have to go into Disk Management to add the drive letter Z: back to the drive.  It started when I loaded Microsoft's Flight Sim 2020 which is a known issue, it creates a virtual Z: drive.  Is there a way to update the config files for each VM to point to a new drive letter so as not have to rebuild the VM's?

By default, all (or at least most) of the VM config files should use relative paths, not absolute.  So you should not have to change anything.  Only part will be in Workstation itself - pointing to where the VMs reside.
