Issues with VM Workstation and Red Hat 5.2

I am trying to install Red Hat as a VM and it freeze before the install ever happens. I am new the entire VMWare software.

My systems is Vista 64 Bit with VM Workstatoin 6.5.2.

Can anyone direct me to the proper way to install.

Hi Dan,

Can you give us some more information on how you are installing the VM? The easiest way is to mount the Red Hat installer CD to the virtual CD Rom as an iso image, make sure the cdrom is connected at power on, and then power on the vm.

Then you should be able to install the OS as if the server was physical...

Actually I selected to install OS later and that seems to be working, but it can't find the Hard drive.
