High Disk Usage on Windows 7 / Workstation 8 - Fit Mem Not Honored

Hi,

I still see that the "Fit All Memory into the Reserved RAM" is not honored.

Up to VMware Server 1 this setting produced a (around) 1GB process for a 1 GB RAM VM, with no disk usage.

With WKS 7 and now 8, I set the value but I still get an unusable VM and an unusable PC, with a vmw process of 30 MB and disk spinning in a way that makes the whole system unusable.

Some has a solution to get a workable VM?
