I have a WIndows XP VM running on Workstation 7.1.4 that has a 15GB hard disk. Is there any way I can expand the size of this disk to 40GB?
I guess you haven't read the documentation or pushed the Help button on Virtual Machine Settings > Hard Disk!
VMware Workstation (menu bar) > Help > Help Topics > Using Disks and Disk Drives > Virtual Disk Maintenance Tasks > Expand a Virtual Disk
