I want do convert my Windows 7 machine into a vm, but I always get this error message:
ERROR: Failed to take snapshot of a source volume.
Possible causes include not having any NTFS volumes on Windows XP or Windows 2003 source systems,
and not having enough free disk space.
I use VMware Workstation 7.0.1 build-227600
I am in the administrators group and let run VMware as administrator.
I use File > Import or Export tool for that purpose.
The Converter 4.0 is not installed, I also tried with the Converter, but he is not made for Windows 7 64-bit
The operating system is Windows 7 Enterprise, 64-bit (Build 7600) 6.1.7600.
Volume Shadow Copy Service is on
Do I need other software?
What can I do else?

PS. I converted an XP machine last week with Converter 4.0 which worked very well.
