Cannot enable VMware Bridge Protocol on local area connection

Hi Folks!

I've installed VM 9.02.  when trying  to assign one of the VMnet adapters to bridge, shows: "There are no un-bridged host network adapters". so I  googled and find out VMware Bridge Protocol is missing.

and when I try to install the service (local area connection----install-----service----vmware bridge protocol----netbridge.inf),

it shows: "The specified service has been marked for deletion" .

I repair and reinstall VMWARE several times, but no good luck.

any ideas?please~~~~~~

I'd completely uninstall VMware Workstation using info in: Cleaning up after an incomplete uninstallation on a Windows host (1308)

Then reboot the system even if not prompted.

Then reinstall VMware Workstation.

I would perhaps look at Fix problems with programs that can't be installed or uninstalled and see if that properly uninstalls WS9 for you.
