Can't use removable device

Hi , i am facing a problem while trying to connect my Wi-Fi adapter to the VMware Linux OS the problem that I can't connect the device I don't know why , Here is a screenshot .

This doesn’t look like Fusion to me. Is this a screen shot of VMware Workstation running on Windows? 
If so, this should be posted in the VMware Workstation discussions (or ask a friendly neighborhood moderator to move it for you).
