Boot Loop when trying to install macOS Ventura

Hello everyone, i want to see ventura and work with it, so i'm trying to install Ventura, but when i do the normal install, at the next boot there starts the loop, someone can help me?

MacOS is not a supported guest operating system for VMware Workstation. VMware will provide no support on running macOS on Workstation

Also, you may not find any help here. It’s a violation of Apple software licensing to run macOS on non-apple hardware.
