Access Vmware Network Editor to make changes when you are not a network admin on a Windows AD

As a AD User, I am teaching Networking and information Security using VMWare Pro16. However, I cannot make the required changes in the Virtual Network Editor as I am not a Network Administrator on the College's Network, How can I get Admin rights to just VMware and nothing else so that I can make the changes as needed in class?

This might be a question for your internal admin team, on the basis that your account might need to be given additional group memberships or privileges to the local Windows installation.
