vmplayer error/wont load iso

When I load vmplayer, the iso image has stopped loading. It use to load one image, but now it wont load any of them. On top of that when it did work it would give me this error when I started the vm.

"exception processing message c00000013 parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c" cancel try again continue.

Can anyone help me out?
