vmnetcfg.exe or equivalent for Player 4.0?

I see that there is no vmnetcfg.exe in the extracted installer.  Is there one to be found somewhere else or an equivalent?  Thanks and enjoy, John.

You can extract the Virtual Network Editor from the Player's installation package. Run "VMware-player-4.0.0-471780.exe /e .\temp" (may take a few seconds to finish) to extact the files and then extract the files you need from the network.cab

Thanks, André.  I extracted the installer but did not look in the cabinet file.  I extracted it from the cabinet, placed it into the VMware Player folder and it works fine.  Thanks and enjoy, John.
