Problems with install with guest.

I am using win7 as my host and trying to load wxp and snow leopard. WXP started loading but hangs at the 32 mn mark... no hope at all for SNL. I am runng a custom built 64bit/ AMD 1090T/ATI 3870x2 system w 8 gigs RAM. I don't see an issue there, but who am I. I've tried to locate the VMWARE Tool kit, but they don't talk straight....to many names for one item...confusing to me. Can I please get some help...thank you!

did you choose to use "Easy Install" for the installation of the XP guest? If this causes issues, create a new VM, select "I will install the operating system later" and follow the steps in http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1000863 to load the necessary Buslogic driver while installing from the Windows XP CD/ISO.

Installing "Snow Leopard" as a virtual machine may not be discussed here in the Communities, since installing it on non Apple hardware is a violation of Apple's EULA.
