Script to calculate N-1 Capacity Utilization for an esxi cluster

I'm looking for a script which can provide us the N-1 Calculation on a ESXi Cluster every month , based on the Average CPU & Memory Utilization. 

I would like to have this report in a HTML or CSV Format.

For Example :  I have 3 esxi in cluster and Average CPU - 40% Average Memory - 40%  for a month, How can we calculate the N-1 Average for the same.

Basically , am looking to generate a monthly capacity utilization reports  for my esxi clusters which is similar to Vrops capacity utilization report. Is there a way we can achieve this via power cli script.
