Help creating a process to restart or refresh only available VM's in a specific pool

Pretty new to administering Horizon View and haven't used much of CLI (nor powershell).  I am wanting to create a process that will either restart, delete, or recompose all available VM's in a particular pool and every 8-12 hours.

I'm sure there is a way to automate this process.  Could anyone point me some resources to this specific task?  Or possibly give me a head start?

To schedule this script, you can have a look at the Windows Task Scheduler.

That should allow you to run the script every 12 hours.

To restart the VMs, have a look at Automating VMware Horizon 7 with VMware PowerCLI 6.5
