We need to identify which VMs are stored on HDD datastore and which VMs are on Flash datastore. I will probably have to combine and pipe multiple commands for this, but right now, I cannot even find an option in the Get-Datastore command to get the drive type.
In the attached screenshot, I have highlighted the field that I want to get.
Under Datastore -> Configure -> General -> Drive Type (Under Properties)
Can anyone help me with this? How do I get the drive type for a datastore using PowerCLI?
Thanks!
