HI

I think there may be some conflict between vio LPUGIN And IBM plugin.

It seems that IBM has rewrote some base codes on vsphere-client-internal-lib.jar.

I think remove IBM plugin should be worked if you restart vsphere-client service after you have unintall the IBM plugin.

1. how to unregister a plugin.

  step1. https://vc_ip/mob/?moid=ExtensionManager

  step2. find ibm plugin key:extensionList["ibm_key"]

step3. click unregisterExtension link and enter the key in the pop up wizard and click the "invokemethod" to do it.

please have a try.unregister_s1.pngunregister_s2.png

Not an expert on the UI. Few things you can try:

1. Check the status of OMS: use "sudo status oms"

2. check cpu, memory & disk space left

3. logout and login to vSphere client.

Can you also first try navigating to the "summary" tab to see if shows that the management server is connected to the plugin. Try selecting the server again to see if it reconnects properly.

Please also check if you change(like rename, delete) the datastore recently. If there is please revert the change.

Hey Yixing Jia

I appreciate your help. The log file is attached.

I also checked for changes in the datastore name. But i didn't do any change in the datastores attached to the vmware integrated openstack.

Thanks

Can you please try view the configuration to trigger the error and then upload the latest logs?

I don't find any exception in the oms log uploaded.

by the way please also upload the vsphere client log.

if you are using Windows version vsphere it will be in the follow directory by default

C:\ProgramData\VMware\vCenterServer\logs\vsphere-client\logs\vsphere_client_virgo.log

if you use Linux version of vsphere then it will be usually in the follow directory

/var/log/vmware/vsphere-client/logs

Thanks for your support for upload the logs. We are investigation it.

Mean while can you please restart your VC Web client server to see if that can solve the issue?

How to restart:

Windows:

user services tools to restart VMware Web client service

Linux:

Thanks for you corporations.

It seems we have another issue. Can you please also upload the oms log and VC web-client log?  That can help us identify what happened on your Env.

I found "com.ibm.ngc.provider.IBMVSphereDataAdapter " and "com.ibm.ngc.provider.ModelObjectUriResolver". in the log.

But we do not have the above two classes in our codes.

Please check your team members whether they have made any change to the vSphere web client.

Hey Hello

The only different thing i have is that i was doing a trial with the IBM Spectrum Control for VVOLs. So i removed it, to see if solve the problem but apparently it doesn't. The error persist even after i removed the IBM Related Plugin and reinitialized the Web Client Again. Attached is my web plugins installed.
