Vmware instant clone pool capacity

Pool configured as instant clone with writable volume.

If i set max value as 1000 + it provision only 999 desktop.Is there any limitation for instant clone pool.

Check Desktop Pool Sizing and Spare(Powered on) Machines set to same value at Provisioning settings.

Are you using the naming pattern and given {n:fixed=3}?  If yes, correct to {n:fixed=4} and give  a try.
