Physical USB Devices working in a vSphere/Horizon Environment

vSphere Client version 7.0.3.00600

VMware Horizon Administrator
8.4.0 build - 19446835
Version 2111

We have 2 terminals that log into the same VMWare VDI/Horizon environment

We test the same username for both.

One says USB Connected (Dymo Label Maker). This one works

Other says “Virtual” does NOT work. Dymo Says not connected.

Both Terminals are on the same OS version, same BIOS, same everything.

Please assist.
