vmware-vmx for Fusion 6.0.2 and 6.0.3 maxes out processor on Lion 10.7.5 with win 7, 8, XP, or OXS Mavericks vm's

vmware-vmx process for Fusion 6.0.2 and 6.0.3 maxes out processor on Lion 10.7.5 using win 7, 8, XP, or OS X Mavericks vm's

Machine is MacPro with a newer ssd drive.

Parallels was installed but now uninstalled.

The vm's have been tested on another machine with no issues.

The issue occurs with clean install from disk, upgraded from Parallels version, and a vm installed on another machines clone.

Tried knowledge base article "Troubleshooting Fusion virtual machine performance issues (1015676)" to no avail. No obvious process on the windows side was triggering the activity - the % stays low when at login screen or no activity going on but as  soon as the mouse starts moving or open an app
