how to install windows 11 on vm ware fusion

please let me know step by step, i am a novice

i downloaded and installed vm ware fusion

then installed windows 11 arm

now, how to install windows 11 from microsoft on this virtual machine

and lastly how to switch to work in that environment (outside of mac OS)

You can't. Windows 11 ARM can't be natively booted on Apple Silicon (M1/2/3) herdware - Apple does not provide Boot Camp for these machines. The only way it runs ion these Macs is as a virtual machine.

That is the Intel x86 compatible version of Windows 11, which will NOT work on your Apple-silicon-based Mac.  Use the built-in tool in Fusion 13.5.x to retrieve the Windows 11 ARM installer.  And read Technogeezer's outstanding Unofficial Guide he pointed to in his reply.
