fusion2.04: time sync delay on resume from sleep

Hi, I'm noticing about a small but slightly annoying 10 second delay when my mac resumes from sleep before the running WinXP/32b VM sync's its clock to that of the mac. Is there some way to get the VM to sync faster when resuming the host from sleep? Can fusion detect this event and force a time sync?

I only ask because i must wait for the time to sync before attempting VPN activities (which need the clock to be pretty accurate).

(I have vmware tools installed and running and have it set to sync the time with the host. I'm using vmware tools build 7.3.3 build 156731 and vmware 2.04 159196)

Hello,

I understand your concern but bydefault VMware tools service take some time to start due to which time sync gets delayed.I will update you I get any further information of this.
