XP Guest freezes at black screen in Fusion

I am running Fusion 2.0.8 on Mac OS X 10.6.8 and had an unexpected shutdown while Fusion was running my XP Guest. On reboot it barely gets past the Fusion logo and doesn't go any further. No Windows startup screen or anything. I don't know what to do and I can't seem to find anything about this by searching the knowledge base or forums after trying for over an hour. Here is hopefully the helpful section of the vmware.log file
