Windows 7 time synchronization does not work

Everytime after I put the client Windows 7 machine to sleep, running in VM Fusion version Version 3.1.2 (332101), after resume the time in my Windows machine is off. In VMWare tools synchronization is enabled. The only solution is to disable synchronization between client and host first and then enable it again. Synchronization using internet synchronization never works because all the servers cannot be found.

This is kind of an anoying problem. Is this a bug, or is there something else I can do?

I think that the problem was that I used the client to put the machine to sleep. This was because of another problem. I could not get my fusion titlebar to show up. Therefore, I used the W7 sleep command.

But now I have the fusion title bar back, so, I will try and use the Fusion sleep function and see whether time is off.
