VMware Fusion 11.5 Insufficient Permissions Problem

I do not get this error for the BootCamp VM, but I do for my USB 3.1 USB-C connected SSD where the other VMs are. FYI. I am working on it. Has anyone else experienced this?

Did you install, and are you running, Fusion as an administrator?
