Please Help, My Lion crashes when Fusion 4.02 start!

After installing Lion on my  Macbook Pro with 4Gb RAM, I updated VMware from 3 to 4. Now it's not  working. When I launch it, immediately with the first screen the system  freezes completely and the only way is to switch off the mac. I removed  the VMWare and I reinstall it again but without success.

With the first screen, "Licence", the system crashes.

What can I do?

I would expect you email the Fusion support to help you figure out what's wrong with your machine.
