Hey all,
I am using VMWare Fusion to run my bootcamp partition in a virtual machine on an iMac with Mountain Lion. The virtual machine is Windows 7, 64-bit. I successfully installed and activated Office 2013 Professional when I was booted directly into the Boot Camp partition (i.e. not virtualizing it).
However, when I try to start up an Office 2013 application when running Windows under VMWare Fusion, I receive a prompt to activate Office, even though I've already activated it before. It then says that my Office can't be activated because it's already been done so a maximum number of times.
I seem to recall this happening with Office 2010 as well, and I can't remember what I did to fix it. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to address this issue? I would appreciate any advice that anyone can provide.
