Install and use Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) guest in VMware Fusion Pro v7.1?

Hello.

Does VMware Fusion Pro v7.1 support very old Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) guests? If so, then I am having problems getting a new VM image to boot from its installer files. VMware Fusion says unable to find the OS.

The Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger Client SLA does not allow for it to be virtualized nor is it supported to be virtualized by VMware!

It is the server. VMware Fusion never supported it?

VMware never supported it and while I do not have a copy of the Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger Server SLA I's suspect that it to did not allow for it to be virtualized.  Even if it does nonetheless it's not supported by VMware.
