vcops vCD plugin ports

I've installed the vCD plugin into my vCOPS vApp and am trying to create adapter instances, which of course aren't working because our vCD servers are in the DMZ.  So that begs the question of what ports do I need to open in the firewall so that I can get the adapters to connect?

on the vcops_vapp side, you don't have to open any ports.

on the vCD side, I think you need just the https/443 port enabled.

I think  5672 and 61613 be opened at both end .
