2. I think there is a few documentations from VMware about vROPs. Is there any recommended books or documents for an in depth vRealize checking and administration?

what if is now projects in the environment tab and then select your object you will see the projects tab (may need to expand the list of tabs)
for books look at any from Iwan Rahabok on amazon
for a good website look at vXpress

i dont see projects tab in vrops 6.4
This is from 6.5 but is the same in 6.4
Once in the environment section select a cluster for example and the projects tab should be there
